I love words like 'matrixial affects', 'trans-subjective entities',
'metamorphosis': words related to transformation. In my artwork I
try to deal with these topics, putting together space and affects.
An affective field points out spaces that are intensive, that make
anyone who experiences it to transformate, to become multiple 'others';
an affective field is full of invisible forces of attraction and repulsion,
and all kinds of waves - electromagnetic and organic: things beyond vision.
Cyberspace should get to a point where it would function beyond visibility,
it is too 'retinian' yet . But an affect does not exist by itself,
it needs a body, two bodies, actualy it needs space between different bodies
as void and surface where it could find a support to hit and go through
(inside/outside) (in/out)
matrixial affects, a kind of hyperspace between multiple bodies in
attraction and repulsion...
