My art is obsessional in nature, and obsessionally created.

I want to engage the viewer into a process of self -evaluation in which
she comes to physically understand the nature of her confinement within
societal norms. Body constraints begin at clothing but extend into the world
in the form of furniture, architecture, and employment.

For me, close analysis of objects and physical environments is a prerequisite
to this kind of understanding.

The close watching of the external can become a mirror to our internal processes.
