vitruvius

musEleanor practices in front of the mirror to ask Angus more about
vitruvius. MusE fears that she (musE) has lost her mind to the fixed
and/or false idea that the moment of posturing on two legs signified a
natural inclination to go uphill. MusE fears she suffers from (and has
promulgated) a delusional interpretation of Sisyphean endeavor. Perhaps
(and to quote Mr. Bill "Oh, nooooooooooooooooooooooooo") the boulder is not
rolling back to a new and higher plateau each time but always comes to rest
at the same lattitude, or worse, perhaps the metamorphic mesa's
constitution is not ashes and dust, but quicksand. MusE thinks vitruvius
can save her, hopefully with the least possible amount of discomfort.
Hearing of vitruvius again, musE is limboed in a desperate state of envy.
For centuries MusE's work has been to mirror others, reflecting their own
verdant possibilities back to them in such a way that they are hardly aware
of her presence.
MusE has done this in the theater of the cathedral, the desert, the
orchard, the ark and the chained library, but never has she done this on a
performance stage in real time on a nightly basis. She wonders if
vitruvius would offer some tips and teach an old musE some new tricks.
