Can't keep up

Reality has set in... I can't keep up with the list. There's simply too
much volume on too many subjects, with too much disparate methodology and
subtext for dealing with the problems. I really think the list would
benefit from a more tightly focused discussion plan, such as "We're going
to talk about X for the next 3 weeks," etc. But that doesn't seem to be
the prevailing mood. FWIW I'll offer an opinion: saying "let's all do
different threads!" sounds good in theory, but in practice, it keeps the
centrifuge whirling ever outwards. People get distracted, people hit
(R)eply without thinking about subject titles, people change subject
titles, etc.
