Proposal for video installation in public space.

The former Fire Boat House at the Fulton Ferry Landing was the initial site for Vibeke Jensen's proposed video installation WATCHTOWER. From the tower her watchful eye gazed across the river at Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. Unfortunately, the manager of the building's current business found the project too provocative and refused permission to use the site.
