A wall in the shape of a pentagon is erected in a public space in Oslo. The wall is made in a material that disintegrates during the course of the exhibition. Initially the wall is smooth, while the weather and the interactions of birds and passersby transform it over time. As the wall crumbles, the barrier becomes an open framework. Blue Wall of Silence is both an aesthetic object and a vehicle for energy/expression/action confronting your Right to Remain Silent and whether you allow yourself To Be Silenced. |
