Mexican Independence Day The Mexico Solidary Network in North America has called for a month long series of activity beginning on September 16, Mexican Independence Day, and ending on October 12, Columbus Day (in the United States). The Electronic Disturbance Theater, as part of its proposal for hybrid actions this fall, calls for ECD actions using FloodNet and other software on both September 16 and October 12.
