Woman calls man. Baby is coming. Woman is in labor.
Man is stuck out in the middle of the fucking ocean
working on some damn rig, but is still able
by the miracle of cellular to "connect" with this woman.
Let's ponder...
a) why this man would be working out there with a baby due in the first place
[I guess with the modern miracle of cellular they couldn't compete with the modern miracle of predicting a due date...but I digress]
b) why the media thinks that a phonecall is an acceptable substitute for supporting a woman in childbirth
c) are they married and do we care
d) why a heterosexual couple
e) why not two women celebrating the joys of insemination
f) why the hell this commercial bugs me so much
g) none of the above
