The first four poems in this set, written in English, suggest Mori Ikuo's early work. The next eight poems, reproduced in two sets, were produced as postcards, using English, Japanese, fingerprints, icons, and other basic signs. These were produced between 1977 and 1990. Mr. Mori was born in 1949. He lives in Tokyo.
